Embarking on your renovation journey is seamless with our well-defined 4-step process. It begins with an initial consultation, where we take the time to understand your unique vision, discuss ideas, and assess the project scope. From there, we provide a comprehensive scope of work along with detailed pricing, ensuring transparency from the very start. Once you approve, we transition into the design phase, where our talented team transforms your desires into stunning 3D renderings and construction plans. Finally, our skilled construction crew diligently brings those plans to life through an efficient build process, turning your dream into a reality.

Initial Consultation
We begin by meeting with you to discuss your project in detail. During this initial consultation, we aim to develop a clear understanding of your wants, needs, and plans. Feel free to share your “big-picture” goals for your home, as well as details such as desired materials, architectural plans, drawings, photographs, or any other elements that will shape your dream home.

Scope of Work & Pricing
Based on your specifications, we will develop a budget and tentative timeline to share with you during a second meeting. Once you’re happy with the proposed budget and projected scope, you and Dynamic Design-Build will sign a contract to officially begin the project.

Design Phase
Next the project moves into the Design phase. During this stage, we will create architectural drawings, select materials and finishes (including paint colors and fixtures), develop a detailed scope of work, and provide you with a Fixed Price for the project. The design deposit required for this phase will vary based on the size and scope of work.

Build
Our build process is streamlined for efficiency, yet allows flexibility to address any unique challenges that may arise. We employ a team of highly experienced and licensed contractors, tradespeople, and specialists who approach every project with professionalism and a commitment to quality. From framing and electrical to plumbing and finish work, each step is executed with precision and care.
